I can't figure it out for sure. It's on a King Hauler Body, what blue is it?

Not French Racing or Bugatti blue, that's for sure.

TS-54 Light Metallic Blue? I'm going to assume someone used Tamiya paint on their Tamiya kit.

It looks like Tamiya TS-19 (Metallic Blue) to me. I think it's just the low quality photo that makes the color look different.

Here's my Clod Buster with TS-19 paint.

Lighting is everything when taking photos of paint. Look how your first photo of the truck shows a much darker blue than the two subsequent photos you shared.

That's why I brought it in the sun as your photo was. trying to nail this down.

I agree maybe do the ts 19 and use a white backing to lighten it up a bit.

Yet the pictures JatoTheRipper posted above look nothing like that tab

Those Tamiya color splotch graphics are less reliable than even the caps you get on the bottles which, themselves, often do not match the paint perfectly.
