Default TrailFinder 2 Interior Build.

Thought I'd make a thread on my first detailed Interior build

Got the CCHAND extremely detailed interior from RC4WD. Not the cheapest option for an interior, but the scale detail doesn't get much better then this unless you make one yourself. The bench seat and door panels are sold separately so add those to the cart.

Bit of detail painting and assembling done. Painting the metal parts was a bit of a pain. Even with primer and the correct paint it still likes to come off. Hopefully it'll stay on.

That's a beautiful bunch of parts! Off to a good start too.

If you purchase this Interior and an RC4WD bench seat and you're new to the hobby or haven't done any research you were/will probably be just as confused as I was when I saw that there was a big gap from the floor to where the seat sits. I've seen people fix this a few ways. The most common method I've seen is to throw in a piece of styrene to fill the gap, which is what I did. I then put some "carpet" (actually just some self adhesive felt) to cover the floor.

Had a good time building my first interior. It's nice to know that you can have a very detailed interior without having to scratch build your own. Overall I would recommend this Interior. Just remember that patience is key.

Thanks!
