Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner the body lines aren't exact. It looks off and Too narrow |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner True, but it's still the best option for us 4Runner enthusiasts. Mines on its way. Gonna end up dark blue like my 1:1. Hopefully that covers the funky line from the front fender down the A-pillar. |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner It looks really good on 1.55's width wise. I'm really liking this more and more. And it drives good too https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9a759afba1.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner This is tempting. As a 4th gen 4Runner off-roader, I would prefer a 4th gen body, but this may be as close as I can get. |

Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner Finally found a use for mine that's been sitting on the shelf since they came out. More of a station wagon than a suv lolhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...bee2636cfb.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...d3fd9b95bf.jpg Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |

I tend to agree but then again I have a hard time not thinking that most 3d printed parts are pricey. I know nothing about the cost and labor of 3D printing so I can’t comment on whether it’s overpriced. Just that it all seems kinda spendy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

My FJ-80s are trimmed very similar. |

Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner My "Black Friday Build" All parts bought on sale and electronics already owned. Just need to get the 3D print grill, wipers and mirrors and I'll be done with the body. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...648f3a0814.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...4d1638d9c2.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8ff6ae666f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9700ec69fe.jpg Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner Wow, that door line really is bad! I was looking forward to building rig inspired by my brothers old surf, but I guess I’ll have to keep searching. |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner I was going to say something about how if you paint it dark you won't notice the door line. Then I looked closer and realized that due to it being a bit of a high point, it takes more damage than the surrounding panel. Oh well, bring on more scratches! https://i.imgur.com/HHga0Xc.jpg |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner I noticed some of the 4runners in the pics have that white stripe that runs across the body. Is that a decal that comes with the Pro Line body kit? If not, where can you order the decal? Thanks. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner First thing I noticed was that prominent body line. Painted mine white pearl and put the white or gray pinstripe decal that comes with it to hide it a bit. I think it helped. Aside from that, it's a cool body since a lot of people own full scale versions |
Re: Pro-Line 1991 4Runner Just finished my TRX4 with Proline 4Runner. Painted with grey, backed with black and a matte outer coat. Still looking for some more scale tires and bumpers. Might also do the rear inner cage part, as I really like that looks, is that the rear part of an SCX10 Honcho? https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...ed80cc67_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...1b986c65_b.jpg |
