Default PET plastic body -paint

I've got a body made of PET plastic that i want to use, but don't know wich paint to use. Does the PET plastic require other types of paint, or is it possible to use Tamiya lexan paint?

Is that a soft plastic, like what you might find a toddler's toy made out of?, If it is, scuff the surface and you should be able to use the Krylon for plastics spray paint.

Hopefully not the kind made out of corn...it might decompose in the middle of a comp,

Seriously, just scuff the surface with 200 grit sandpaper or a green pad, and paint. Tamiya paints are a bit pricey, you might be able to get away cheaper using the Krylon Fusion paint.

I also suggest you try it in an inconspicuous spot on the body to make sure it'll work, and give it a day or 2 to cure.
