Default parma (#10116) 1/10 Maxx Firetruck on SCX10

Will that body fit on the SCX10 platform? I tried to search for an answer and even searched Google images, but came up empty. The wheelbase and such look like it will work...Has anyone attempted it and are parma bodies decent?

I had this posted in the SCX10 section also, but wasn't getting much luck. just feeling it out here also. Thanks for your time.

Wheelbase on firetruck is 11.8, width is 7, you can adjust for the wheelbase by shortening your links, but stock width on scx-10 is 8.8, so if you don't mind your tires sticking out almost an inch on both sides, then go for it

So, I purchased the body and am decently happy with the mock fit. I didn’t wanna screw it up so I had a local guy paint it and here’s what is done thus far. This is gonna be a Xmas gift for my boy to replace his Cherokee body. He wants to be a fireman when he grows up and loves nature. So, naturally it had to be a forestry firefighter based truck. See example pic of the real thing. Of course, it’s gonna get some flames to add some cool factor!Name: 7E56984E-F138-4422-BC5B-954DA899F308-2919-000003045F414D82.jpeg

Sorry nothing in between my last pics and now, just the finished product. Little extra trimming and lots of patience waiting on the decals to be made, the bead lock covers and my painter. Turned out bad ass too. Makes me jealous of my boys truck now!!!Name: IMG_1781.jpg
