Anyone use plastic bumper filler on hard bodies? I've heard of one person using it on the Tamiya Club forum. |

I’ve molded many styrene body’s . You can use body filler, but gets pricey. I recommend a quality two part glazing / spot putty. I will always tell you to fill major areas in with styrene, then smooth over ![]() This was a Ford , wedge sectioned and chopped Hang up and Drive |

Would there be any issues with the spot putty and cracking from a little flex? Just concerned with the truck roll down a hill or something that the putty will crack.

If it’s too thick it will fail. Use styrene to fill the big stuff, then skim it with filler, like in 1:1 Hang up and Drive |
