Default Toyota Paint Design. How are you guys doing it?

Hello.

I will be receiving a Trail Finder 2 soon and I am thinking of doing a paint job something like this: http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/showthread.php?t=66877 (scroll down to the pictures with the stripes. How do you do the lines/stripes so perfect? Also on the Trail Finder 2 how is the body held onto the truck? I see no body posts.

Any responses would be a big help in getting me up and running. Thanks!

Here you go:

I believe those bodies screw into the sliders. If you look at the rocker panel you'll see some black screws.

Ok thanks for the reply. So how is the bed held on? On the RC4WD website I see body posts in the bed. How are people getting around this? I see lots of Trail Finder 2's with no body posts in the back.

My Hilux body is held on with a hinge and magnets. All you see in the bed is the screws to the hinge and they're black in a black bed. The front uses magnets and holds down real solid. I filled in the sides of the cab area a little bit and used that to help with the rusty look I was going for.

Ahh. Ok. Cool trick. One final question: About the grill. How to you get the inside black and keep the outer part silver or chrome. Like this:RC4wd TrailFinder 2 Class 1 truck build. "Money". Thanks!
