Haven't seen it...but, my guess is, it's going to look very similar (just smaller) to the X-Maxx version: ~ More peace, love, laughter & kindness would make the world a MUCH better place |

I'm curious as to its appearance mainly because the 1:1 Gladiator has a very long wheelbase of 137.3" - whereas a 4-door Wrangler is only 118.4"... Wondering how wide the Pro-Line body will be, and how close to the real thing it will look. If they go for accuracy, it'll be awfully narrow, so I'm predicting they won't bother. They could have gone for 12.8" (the TRX-4 Defender length) and made it look more scale, but they would likely not sell as many as the more popular 12.3" chassis size. I wonder if the proportions will look fine.

I have little hope for something decent here. All the dimensions listed for the Gladiator are basically the same as the current 12.3 inch JKU body. Picture this turned into a pickup then imagine how good that is actually going to work. |

It is about what I expected, too small with wheel wells that are too big even for RC body standards. Now make the properly sized 14.5 inch wheelbase version you cowards! |

The 1:1 is hideous. The Proline version looks good.

I'm actual think I like it! It even has somewhat of a bed in the rear! If the price isn't too ridiculous, I will probably get one! |

My stock Enduro body has seen better days, I’ll either get one of these or the ‘85 Hilux that could look like my 1:1 ‘84 I had in high school!

I agree, the proportions are off, but IMHO it looks better than the 1:1. I must admit though, I did see a black 1:1 Gladiator in my area that had a lift with bigger tires and it looked pretty sweet. It looked way better than the stock Gladiator with the stock tires. And, um, I like Hot Wheels! |

I’m of the same opinions as you, I think it looks better than the 1:1 and I’m not one to get too worked up over what’s scale vs not so the proportions being off don’t bother me. I think it will look good on a build and isn’t too bulky so I’m going to give it a shot. Was about to do the MST JP1 but had been waiting in this one to reveal. Hopefully knight customs or someone comes up with a 3d printed grill sooner than later. | |

A Hot Wheel would be better than this. This looks like it was carved out of a bar of soap. But yeah, not as off-putting as the real thing. I could be in the wrong here, but are Pro-Line bodies getting really soft around the edges? So many other brands seem much more sharply detailed. Last edited by CamoColton; 11-22-2019 at 11:15 AM. Definitely not perfect, but it looks like a good body to thrash on the rocks. I'll probably consider picking it up. Looks like the body site decently low.

Not liking this at all, the wheel wells are to big and round, the windows are to small, the details are to soft. The hole thing just looks off to me which is a shame I had hoped they would do a nice scale body because I actually like the Gladiator. As others have said this would be better suited to TRX-4 12.8 wheelbase. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Last edited by rowntrp; 11-25-2019 at 05:30 PM. |

I just looked at the body. Yes I agree not quite to scale in looks. I would cut the fenders off of it and ponder the idea of a flat bed on the rear. |
