Damn, all these nice bodies I want! This one is just begging for a lot of 3D printed accessories and details.

Nice!! I wonder what the wheelbase is, and how scale accurate it would be? I always considered 10.5" to be perfect for fj40.
If this is for like a trx4 I will rofl.
So far it looks really good though! Fingers crossed and yes hopefully James knocks out a ton of 3D stuff so imthatguy can build 50 of these jeeyootas!

These bodies are begging for hard plastic grilles that Proline should be including. Proline makes the best bodies, but they are stuck in their ways on the all-Lexan train. RC has moved on and hard plastic bits are becoming the norm. Proline needs to get with the times.

It's for the Land Rover TRX-4 with the 12.8" wheelbase. You can scale up to a wheelbase and still keep proportions correct. Now will it be scale compared to other vehicles? No, but if you're stuck on that give up RC now because hardly any RCs are correct in terms of scale. Think Tamiya 1/10th scales like the CC-01 versus an SCX10 II. Nowhere close in size, but they are both 1/10th scale vehicles.

I just wish pro-line would make their bodies a half inch wider. My Bronco body has the tires half way out of the wheel wells and they are 4.19's. Now I'm searching for a set of wheels with an appropriate offset to tuck the tires better when they are stuffed.

They could have easily made this a FJ45 wagon at a 12.8 inch wheelbase and done a body that hasn't been made before.

Serious. The MST Jimny body I bought comes with all the hard plastic details.

You mean Pro-Line makes the best 12" - 12.3" lexan bodies right? Otherwise I'd debate you that Tamiya makes better lexan bodies.

Popularity sells. That isn't a very popular truck compared to the LC40.

I should have said best aftermarket bodies. For sure, nobody does bodies better than Tamiya.

Are you sure?

The internet tells me everyone wants super obscure bodies because no one likes Jeeps, Toyota pickups, Raptors, Land Rovers or Broncos.
