I’ve sprayed several lexan bodies on the exterior using Krylon Fusion and similar. They’ve held up extremely well. Having said that, it’s all in the prep. You’ll want to scuff the whole exterior with a scotchbrite pad. Wash with Dawn dish soap (Dawn specifically works best for me). Allow it to dry. Then, just prior to paint I wipe down the whole body again with isopropyl alcohol. From this point on, I only handle it with latex gloves to avoid oil transfer. Use the same technique you would spraying inside the body, i.e., lots of light coats. I just did the JK Jeep body for the rig I did for my brother this same way. It got absolutely thrashed on this week as he learned to drive. Other than the usual scuffs, it held up great. Same thing with my blue Comanche body. I also heat cycle the paint between coats using a hair dryer. (From both the inside and outside).

Scroll down for colours and finishes.
I second this - they have it in the U.S-eh too. I used it painting model railway bridges and it's easy to work with and the colour is rich.

Edit - my bad, in Canada it's Rust-Oleum Specialty Camouflage Paint In Matte Army Green - available at Homedepot.

I know I can spray the paint on the outside or coat the body with Tamiya PS-55 for the matte look, but I can't find a polycarbonate paint color similar to this.

I have reached out to JConcepts, but I'm assuming I'll get the default answer something like "we have somebody do our painting therefore we are unable to get that information."

Did you find the color?
See anything here:

Scale Military Model Paints, Model Master Testors and Tamiya.

EDIT - You appear to be right. The internet says the Krylon Camo is discontinued, at RONA and Crappy Tire for instance.
Cool, then it's just a fyi that the Rust-Oleum stuff is good too if you can't find the Krylon.
