Default Lemme see those C10s!

Just got my Axial C10 body, can't decide between old, rusty and beaten up, or super clean pastel shiny colour.
Need some inspiration for either, lemme see those C10s.

Clean and new shiny pastel color! Outside paint with silver etc underneath for natural weathering through use, sorry no picture.

Here's mine axial 1967 Chevy rn I'm trying to gather an interior and some wheel wells and get some scale accessories for the bed. It's a work in progress

Hmmm, seeing nice shiny trucks isn't making my decision any easier, because my initial instinct was a nice dull pastel blue, with lots of chrome highlights.

I saw a sweet two-tone goldenrod and white C10 at the San Antonio crawl event - I think it was someone from the Corpus Christi group, it really was the total package.

Similar to an offroad version of this:

I don't have the body anymore I did a 3 layer style paint job, but if you're looking for natural weathering...

Paint the inside with a dark, rusty color. Paint the outside in silver first, then layer on whatever final color you decide. The effect becomes light scratches reveal the silver, deeper scratches reveal the rust color. So you end up with some old looking scratches and newer scratches that haven't rusted yet.

There’s alot of paint on my c10 body. I started with a mix of copper and silver inside the body. Then color on the outside. Added washes and rust then a bunch of coats of flat clear to seal it all up
