I think its s great body. Easy to work with and nice thick lexan. I did this for a friend's TRX-4. he wanted to match his 1:1. Still need the wheels but i like the color. Its Tamiya Metallic Red PS-15, backed with Tamiya Bright Silver PS-41, Bumpers done with Spaz Stix. I cant post pics here yet, but you can see them here https://www.rctech.net/forum/paintin...l#post15622141 |

I like that green. You should hit that hood with some Tamiya PS-55 to dull it out some and give you that flat effect.

New to the forum - Hi! I just finished up mine last night, came out looking pretty nice I think. I need to hit it with some scotch-brite to take down the shine just a hair but otherwise it came together nicely! I'm still trying to work something out with the rear bumper... |

Nice rigs! Anyone convert one into a pick up? I want to try that.

Correction, I’m going to do it. Just got a 4runner ordered up. Can anyone point me toward a build thread where a lexan body was frankensteined pretty good? I’m hoping there’s a decent method without using screws.

Man, I've had this body sitting around for a while. I really need to use it. I'm thinking it'll look good on my IFS Trailwalker.

I regret selling the orange one. I felt the orange turned out wayyy good! Not as happy with the current green 4 runner but it will do for now. And I gotta go back down to 100mm shocks. The 110mm have it sitting just a touch higher than I want. Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk |

Major roadblock, I just realized none of you guys have fender wells. The "pick up truck" lexan trim job came out pretty well, but the body definitely doesn't fit over the body. I just don't want to trim my fender wells for just one body?
