Let me know what you think.... I need to touch up the rear of the truck because of some flaking but other than that I think it looks cool. I used liquid masking to mask out the front of the lotus and painted the orange first. After the orange was finished I applied the Black metalic flake to the front. Just wanted to share my new ride! |

looks good. I am about to do a baja bug body for my 2.2 in Rally Green with black trim. Have only done two bodies in the past for Savage and 18T, and used tape to mask. Should I try liquid mask this time? Is it easy to do? I am nervous about scratching body cutting the mask and about how easy it peels away.

I found that the liquid mask was really kinda thin so I had to apply multiple layers to get the mask thickness were I wanted it. All and all I would recomend trying the liquid mask, it definetly opens up more possibility for cool paint jobs! Hope that helps. | |

when your cutting the mask use a sharp blade and a light hand....also when painting, dark colors first |
