I assume its something from Proline possibly the Pearl arctic blue https://www.prolineracing.com/produc...PRO632710.html

if you dont want an airbrush paint Tamiya's PS49 is pretty close, it might have a bit more pearl and metallic to it https://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/tam86049.htm

Since Parma Fascolor dried up, all I've used is PL paint. Works pretty well, though not nearly as good as the old Parma paint.
