Default painting Marble?

I'll I know you use a plastic bag or something like that. What I don't understand is the steps.

Step One: Paint one layer
Step Two: Dab with bag
Step Three: Paint another layer
Step Four: Dab again with bag
Step Five: Back with lighter color

Or do you only need to do one layer of paint and Dab?

It's easier than that.

Dump a bunch of your dark color into a bowl
Dip the plasic bag in the bowl
Dab it on the body. Dip and dab until you've done the whole body.
Then back it with a lighter color.
Done.

It looks best if the two colors are fairly close, like white and gray. I did one a couple years ago, I'll post up a pic in a bit for ya.

Here is how I did this body.
1. put body in freezer and get the paint cool too. ( prolongs the drying )
2. sprayed the blue fairly heavy and wet.
3. grab plastic grocery bag as quick as possile. ( try not to drop airbrush )
4. dab with clean bag and rotate bag every 2 or 3 dabs.
5. let dry while washing blue paint from hands.
6. spray black paint over the blue.

i usually spray on a littler color, dab with a plastic bag or plastic food wrap, then back it with a slightly darker color than the first and back it with either silver or black. here's my 2.2.........................

I ended up using Candy Red first. Dabbing it then backing with Comp Orange. Then White backing it all up. the colors are so close that they are hard to see.
