DATE: FEBRUARY 19-20, 2011
TIME: Doors open at 7:00 am
LOCATION: FARM SHOW COMPLEX (HARRISBURG, PA)
CLASSES:1.9 COMP, 2.2 COMP & SUPER COMP (Limited to 120 Drivers); Scaler Exhibition (Pending)

DETAILS

Opening Friday (5pm - 7pm):

* Registration/Pit Passes
* Pit setup
* Tech confirmation (make sure you are in spec)
* Practice (3pm - 6pm)

Event Format:

* Doors Open at 7:00 am Saturday
* Start Time 8:00 am
* Free Run Format w/ending times
* Scoresheet gets handed in after each run to get logged
* 4 courses of each class in two days
* Top 10 (2.2) & Top 5 (1.9, Super) Finals Course on Sunday
* Awards Ceremony around 3:30pm on Sunday

Necessities:

* Tickets (No extras available...you forget them...you will need to pay)
* Trucks (duh)
* Tables & Chairs (No Easy Ups) Pits will be tight
* Extension Cords
* Game Face
* Sense of Humor...it is all about having fun, right?

REGISTRATION: Online Form

Registration Notes:

• Please fill out completely.
• Add a number "1" in the classes you are registering for.
• There is a starting balance of $20 to cover the first class (Only way to capture the first class fee)
• All classes need a "chosen axle". I will delete the ones that are not relative to your registration.
• Make sure you enter your RCC Username. This is how I will track registration.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE WILL OFFER A PLACE TO DISPLAY THEM OUT OF REACH OF SPECTATORS BUT W.Pa.C./Motorama/Competitors, WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED STUFF. DISPLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Comp details:

• Fees: $70 for first class, $50 for additional
• Free run Comp
• I promise two full days of competitions (format will be adjusted to number of registrations)
• Bring your own tables, chairs and extension cords
  
• Follow Current USRCCA Rules at time of event
• Sunday Awards Ceremony immediately following Final Run
  
• Top 3 for the three classes (Super/2.2/1.9) will receive trophys.
• There will be door prizes given throughout the day Saturday. If not claimed they will go back in the pot for Sunday.
• The fee also includes your entry fee to the event. You will have access to all events for the two days
• General Admission Parking Included
  
• POST ENTRY @ Harrisburg will result in $100 for first Class and $65 for others, plus a parking pass. (After February 5th)

Friday

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm -- Practice.

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm -- Early Bird Registration and Tech Inspection.

7:00 pm -- Rocks, Registration, and Pit Area Closed.

Saturday

7:00 am - 9:00 am -- Registration & Tech inspection. All drivers must be registered and pass tech by 9:00am.

7:45 am -- Drivers meeting.

8:00 am -- 2.2 courses open.

9:00 am -- Registration & Tech closed.

3:30 pm -- 2.2 course lines closed. All competitors must be in line for their last Round 1 course.

4:45 pm -- 2.2 courses closed. All competitors must be off of the rocks.

5:15 pm -- 1.9 courses open.

7:00 pm -- 1.9 course lines closed. All competitors must be in line for their last Round 1 course.

8:00 pm -- 1.9 courses closed. All competitors must be off the rocks.

8:30 pm -- Super courses open.

9:45 pm -- Super lines closed. All competitors must be in line for their last Round 1 course.

Sunday

9:00 am -- Drivers meeting.

9:15 am -- 2.2 Semi-finals.

11:15 am -- Courses Closed.

12:45 pm -- Super Finals.

1:30 pm -- 1.9 Finals.

2:15 pm -- Scaler Event.

4:00 pm -- 2.2 Finals.

4:45 pm -- Awards ceremony.

I will be getting an updated registration list tomorrow.

Also, PM me if you are interested in judging. If you look at the schedule, we will have a full boat on saturday. Looking for more than 16 judges for this event.

There will be a discount for people that are selected to help us.


Explanation on Registration:

Last year some people ruined it for all of us. None from our group but it seems that people from other events "promised" to help, for a discounted entry but then disappeared after they ran.

Any discounts for judging will be given the discount at the end of the event only if they stepped up as promised.
