You should have seen him programming the truck while he was handing the judge his scorecard to begin his first course....

And the knuckle weights i gave to him survived also

I`m sure Nabil will fix it, and will be back on the Next comp with his SuperAgent

After watching many cars this weekend I am starting to really notice that with everyones goal of having a 1 pound 2.2 and a 3 pound super they are getting delicate to the point of not making it through the course. I think the sweet spot for 2.2 is going to be in the middle 4 pound range for durability and performance. Supers still need to be in the 6-7 pound range to have any chance of living through getting them into a crack and getting back out. And just say NO to plastic tubes unless you are willing to break shit.

I actually will have to agree with that.

However finesse guys like Manu can get away with plastic axled supers.

I remember when 6lbs on a berg was the sweet spot and 5lbs was unheard of.

I startd my latest build with no set goal in mind other than to have it work. If that meant 3lbs, 6lbs or 9lbs...thats where she'd be. Happily she's settled in at around 4.2 & is workin KILLER. I popped a few gears this weekend in my 1st course but that was it. She held strong after that. Cant say the same for the 2.2s rig tho

I gotta say real quick...I appreciate the kind words on the weekends events. I only had a small hand in how it went with Rich & Jim leading the way. But the others like Matt pickin up trash & building courses, Team Vess for hiking most of that stuff to the course area, Charlie & John for teching all weekend, Lisset & Kimmie for doing so many little jobs, Paystin for securing the tees, pickin up donuts etc, Ryan for setting up the P.A, Dwray for the trophies, water & swag...& SO MANY more behind the scenes peeps. THANKS for the thankless works guys! Thats gonna be a hard comp to top but I cant wait to try!!!

J.D.
