Future Pittsburgher

Looking at moving to Pitts, PA around Sept. - Oct. Wife will be going to special effects school in Monessen, PA. So we will most likely be looking for a place, and living in the Pittsburgh metro area (or maybe even the Burgh itself). Figured I'd say HI in advance . Currently living in Dayton, Ohio and the RC here is more leaned toward on-road, and 1/8 buggy/truggy. I'm a monster trucker working on a design for a custom chassis crawler, also looking at getting an AX10 to play around with. Would be great to get to know the local people and areas for bashing and crawling before getting there.

Also, doing my research before I get there, I'm planning on using AB Charles as my LHS.

Welocme my friend. ab charles is one of our clubs hobbie shops as well as raceway hobbies in smithton pa. grand opening on the 14th for raceway i believe. we @ raceway will be having indoor and outdoor rock crawling @ and carpet track as well. ab charles is working on an indoor corse as well. rckcrwlr can fill ya in on the ab charles events and progress on the indoor corse. he knows what goes on with ab charles before i would. keep in touch buddy
