Sweet setup. I'd like to know if you made the sleeves for the madforce axles or did you buy them also the tranny output extensions looks like a good idea, use stock length maxx sliders.

Thanks guys! Yes I did do the paint work. They are airbrushed with House of Kolor paints. I was surprised that I didn't brake a single part of the crawler yet. The electronics survived the swim as well. The axle mounts/extensions were machined by myself. They extened the short side of the axle and also act as the shock and suspension mounts. |

Nice rig, great pics. I wish I could just walk into a store and buy something like that RTR off the shelf. I'd come up with my own paint job though, just to be orignal. Yours is awesome too... Why stop there? Being a total RC freak, I'd want one in multiple sizes, like 1:10, 1:18, and 1:24...I know I'm dreamin' there. |
