I'd like to come, but I work on Saturdays. If you ever do anything on Sunday I'll be there.

We are looking into what days to do events. There may be some weekdays and also Sundays.
Also looking into times for Saturday, it had been brought up that having them in the evening may benefit the majority.
If anyone has thoughts on the dates and times please post up!

Thanks

Fantastic! It will be awesome to be able to crawl over the winter

I should be able to make most of those dates, Sundays would work too.

November:
Sat November 20th
-1.9 Scale and Comp
-2.2 Scale and Comp
-rock race 1.9 and 2.2

That is a lot of classes to run in, should cover about everybody. Interested to hear more info on the rock race. I am assuming you will be using the USRCCA rules for the comp classes. What rules for the scale classes? Ditto for the rock race classes?

Yea, we'll need to figure a scale rule set out. The new Scale National rules won't be out till mid December, if we're lucky (I'm told).

Bronco's ready for KOH

Correct on the comp classes.
As far as the Rock race. I am working on a set of rules for that going to take some time. It will be run as a side by side (two at a time) race over a predetermined course. It will include the operators choice of either 1.9 or 2.2 tires at this point.
I am basicly doing what the USRCCA is doing right now for scale rules (taking a few types and making one big one) that should be out in the next few days..
The KOH style race rules with VERY closely resemble the rull size rule. Look for some GREAT news about that soon.
We are working alot to get the course area done for the opening. When we do open for the comps we are looking at opening a bit before that (maybe a week) so that people can come practice as well. There is still alot to do and its important to remeber that its going to be an ongoing work in progress.
Again THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT! We hope that everyone has a class that they like to run in. We are going to skim the classes down a bit if we find there is no interest. We are also looking at what other comps are in the are (most of the clubs seem to already have comps geared toward comp crawlers so we may lean towards scale stuff kinda line of thinking).

Thanks!
Doc

RC Rock House is looking to form teams for all scales and types.
These teams will be sponsored by RC Rock House.
To be eligable you must run in the RC Rock House series.
More information will be available at the first comp.
Thanks

No king of the hammer race this first comp. I have rules in front of me as we type and working on getting them done. Still waiting to hear back on some stuff as far as that goes (GOING TO BE GREAT)

I would highly recomend running the rock race though.

THE ROCK RACE WILL BE A $FREE$ CLASS THE FIRST COMP!
The first few are going to be fairly easy on the vehicles. SCX10 type vehicles, or comp rigs with different motors are great for this. If you have a comp rig with a motor thats in between you have a chance.
