i will definately be there!! after today, barring the few minor plug glitches, i feel my truck's suspension is 100% dialed in! now it's just a matter of some driveline upgrades (like bearings in the axles, CVD's, a rear dig...) and a little more trigger time. looks like i'll be talking a few walks up to the old slate dumps behind my house over the next couple of weeks.... |

I too have some vid from the Dam, but I have never edited video before. Can someone tell me how, or an online outlet that I can download it too and edit it at. I think I might try and make the Ohioplye comp. It only looks like 3 to 3-1/2 hours for me! Hopefully we can have some time after without any waters from the skies! I may try and talk a few others into coming up. The Comp on the 29th should be a good one. Several guys here in WV are coming. Should be a great turnout. PM me if your coming and what your running and I will post it up on OVRCCC's website. Thanks Tom |

hey guys, i asked this question over on ABC's forum, but i'll ask here, too. what do you guys think about seeing if any of the people from CMU's robotics institute are interested in joing the club? it may be too late for them to get into the summer series, but maybe for a winter series, if we get them involved. and i also think they have and indoor Lunar/Martian landscape they use for testing space robots, maybe they'd let us do winter comps on that... either way, i'd be willing to bet these guys could come up with some super gnarly rigs... here's the link to the ABC thread... http://www.ab-charles.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=451 |
