Pro-Line By The Fire Event 2018

Pro-Line by The Fire is on the Horizon and Pro-Line Scale City is one of our new main attractions!

We want YOU to Claim your stake in the Pro-Line Scale City and build a Scale scene for this year’s Pro-Line By The Fire Event!

If you have a Scale garage and would like to put it on display, GREAT, but if you want to let your IMAGINATION run wild and create something unique just for the event, we encourage you to take part in this opportunity as well.
There are no constraints (Small or Tall) with the your scale scene and it doesn’t have to be a full blown diorama.

It can be something as simple as a single figure that portrays a story, a dinosaur on rampage, a clown holding balloons, or a western shootout! You name it!

If you really want to build a masterpiece and get the support of the township then you are going to want to make a larger scale scene, maybe a Police department, Fire Station, Diner, maybe someone is shooting a film with a car crash, what about a Scale R/C Track!? I heard someone might even be doing a Drive-in Theater!

The goal is to bring the Pro-Line Scale City to life. Just think about what you’d want to see in your Scale City. The options are limited only by your imagination!

There will be designated areas for larger scale scenes and there will be a “Tour The City” trail with lots of Scale Photo Opportunities! Including a Scale Photo Challenge #ProLineScaleCity

AWARDS and PRIZES for Top entries, and something special for all participants.

We challenge YOU to put your best foot forward by claiming your piece of the Pro-Line Scale City Territory!

At WCRCC we always like to have some really nice raffles and big thanks to HPI for making this happen with the first kit we will be handing out a new Venture. yes you read that right the FIRST kit. the second kit is being provided by WCRCC and its gonna be a new TRX4 builders version. UPDATE: hold on we just got a pacakge Axial has stepped into this in a big way with a YETI XL RTR and to truly make it a RTR, WCRCC will be supplying 2 lipos and have them charged for the lucky winner to be able to start the bashing immediately thank you Axial Racing. these along with plenty of other prizes will be available for all. raffle tickets are only $1 each

Can we get a little info on the camping arrangements? Can motor homes be in the green camping area? Is there any hook ups? Is there Water for RVs and camping?

Where they have RV parking outlined next to Narragansett Rd is just a dirt lot with no hook ups and no actual camping spots.

you can camp out there if you like which is outside the park and further away from all activities the area we will have designated inside the park for camping is going to be near the playground, bathrooms and picnic table are at. it is still all dry camping with no hookups

X2, great question that I'm wondering about too!

I'll be taking my little inverter generator and a surge suppressor. Charging batteries puts very little load on it so multiple chargers going at once is no problem. Donations in the form of cold beer are accepted.

Just look for the red beard.

I'm pretty sure we're bringing our RV - we'll make charging available for any RCCrawlers.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and craft beer - my other hobby. So stop by and have one with us. . We'll be partying well into the night.

Hey Casey, we will have our motor home so your welcome to camp at our site and we will set up some work tables and charging station. I think that Chris, Paul and Nate will be there.
