Yeah, I wouldn't hold your breath for those gears. I talked to Paul at PTI a month or so ago and he had mentioned that he may be selling the business. I guess it looks like that may be true.

selling what business? in this economy, and with the bad press on PTI rigs all over this thread... i can't imagine there is much left to unload.

Too bad, this was my first 'rock crawler' if you want to call it that. Yeah it was not a great rig at all, but it occupied my time and enjoyed working on it, learned from it.

I dont know who would want to buy a company with the rep pti has but they must be stuped or stuped just about every one knows pti is junk i thought i would give them a chance and i was screewd lost all my money on a pice of junk . if i new what i know now i would not have given a penny for it i hate pti and if i had my way i would run them out of business and save ever one else from geting ripped off they have no right to call that thing a crawler and who makes rod ends out of hard plactic that is brittle junk junk junk i put the best stuff on it and it was not worth the parts i had on it im now selling with stock parts plust gru on it junk junk junk junk i have much worse to say about it but dont feel like geting band over a pti

Sorry to hear about your bad experience freelife... I did have a hard time with my Goliath at first but grew to love it. Hopefuly whoever buys the company can improve upon the current standards and maybe change the way people view the company. In any case I love my PTI and how it's different from other crawlers in it's own special way.

Ok so we get that you are mad about a pti... but dude, if the pti is truly as bad as you say it is, then when you crawl it off the cliff its still going to be the same trash at the bottom of the cliff as it was at the top, so can you explain a little better how exactly you will rid the world of said trash?

alright you guys lol wow . What a pain you are fine melt it down and recycle it . you can make a paper weight out of it . The paper weight will have more use than the truck ever did .

Did you or your parents pay for your truck? Did you actually do any amount of research before you bought it?
