Default my newish pti setup

this is the setup that i have been running for oh 8 months now and this thing goes everywhere















with the r2 tranny the weight from the motr sits so low i can stand the truck on the sidewalls of the tires

i was looking at it today and i remember i hade to drill new holes in the chassis plates to bolt up the tranny but that was it

Thank's Iv'e been thinking about doing this type of swap but wasn't sure it would work.

sweet rig. how do the tires work for you? i built my self a tubular rock buggy chassis for my goliath. and would like a nice scale tire for it. i would post pics of it but don't know how and been looking but no luck yet. never the less good job.when i figure it out i'll post a couple pics

the tires work great on rough rocks, here in noth idaho they really seem to do well and they do have a very scale look

heres the mock up of what it will look like












still to come finish front bumper, tube frame over flat bed, paint and tool box on flat bed to hie electronics

Its good to hear it has associated parts on it. Im a big fan of there stuff vs/ the tamyia kits. Ive just enjoyed working on thier stuff more than any other manufaturers.

So the pti is a bit bigger than the tlt? I wonder how well it will fit under a 10th scale body with a stretch?
