Default pti goliath with park 400

i recently put a park 400 and mamba 25 esc in my pti i have been playing around with the speed controll, but it still cog's at start up with a 6 cell 1400mah 2/3a pack. will a thunder power 3s 1320 rid my coging problem
?

It will certainly help. What do you have for geardown? I think the final drive is like 15:1 on that rig, you need more like 30 or 35:1

try a 2:1 or 4:1 reduction unit, that should help with your gearing

About the only way you can get around not running any extra gear reduction on the PTI is to run smaller tires. With the stock TLTs, or most 1.9s it actually does quite well with the park 400.
