It's about the same size as the tlt. This baby is now shipping, and a couple people here and there already have theirs. The tlt has some competition! Specs: Weight (fully loaded): TLT- 4 lbs 11.4 oz PTI- 3 lbs 4 oz Articulation (three wheels on the ground): TLT- 115mm PTI- 130mm Ground Clearence (in the center with the same size tires) TLT- 32mm PTI- 47mm More pics at: http://www.ptiracing.net/index2.htm Info from one18th forum Last edited by KidWithAcrayon; 03-23-2005 at 11:15 PM.

i have one coming... sometime. i've had it preordered awhile now. i missed the first batch from one18th, i was #11 and they only recieved 10 boxes... there is hella room on top the axle to mount a servo one you kick out the wb a tad. i'm under the assumption the diffs in the axle are nitro tc3-style diffs so you can get ntc3 lockers, (that just what i hear, i know the prototype used tc3 parts) it come with a 550 motor. and the tranny uses dogbone outdrives that are cvds on the axle side. like i said, i got one comin. i hope it aint crap...

if the production truck is anything like the prototype it will be good to start with I got to check one out first hand at the hobby trade show in chicago last year and it was really nice withe aluminum axles and lots of team associated parts I hope that the production one comes close!

Nope ive only heard good things about this! one thing is that it comes with 2.2's, which is much better then the TLT, mostly after the hype dies down, my next truck is a PTI Goliath and "92yota..." its a 18th so it shouldnt have a body that fits the wheelbase, jsut think does the TLT have one????? nope

you could almost buy 2 tlts for the price of an mmt tho. i gotta say anymore i just want the mmt cause i've been lusting after it for so long, not because i think its gonna be better than a tlt. and as optimistic as i can be about it, i'll betcha the tlt is still a better built (and better supported) rig. | |

im actually thinking that the Golaith is a better rig, and prob gonna be cheaper in the long run since, it is not a belt trannie, so you dont have to buy a pede, then you dont have to buy 2.2 tires, and the links seem long enough so im guessing this will be cheaper

They look cool, but definately need the servo mounted up on the axle. I bet they are a blast right out of the box though! Maybe a stock PTI class? I'll get one for sure once they are readily available. PS: This thread should be in the Small Scale forum... RYan
