Default Slipper spur

Where can you buy just the gear for a slipper set up? Tried Google but no luck, just comes up as the hole kit. And do any others work?

Associated 9648 (spur), Associated 91170 (high torque slipper pad), Associated 9603 (standard slipper pad). You can use pretty much any octagonal slipper pad, though.
