That does look fun, but I'm afraid I'd get tired of it.

What would you get tired of? That's the beauty of a proper rally chassis, it can be set up for both onroad and offroad fun. The WR8 isn't exactly standard size, but there are still parts available for it to tune it to what you like a given day

I honestly almost bought the WR8. But there were two things that bugged me about it. First, it's RTR only, and I hate paying for electronics I won't be using (plus, I like putting together kits, that and wiring up electrics are my favorite parts of this hobby). Second, the scale bugged me a bit, as it seemed to be stuck in the middle. So.. after much research, I went with an XV-01 Pro, which is on its way to my house. I'm hoping to run it along someone with a WR8 sometime, just to compare

Go Rally!!!! The Motor and esc on this car is one of the main reasons I bought it over the highly rated Kyosho.

Plus HPI has the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time. So good I have stickers that where damaged when I bought it. Called sent a picture.

HPI sent me a completely new body.
