Body recommendations for an xv-01

I have an xv-01 on the shelf that is in need of a new body. I'm struggling to find options out there. Seems like there aren't many styles available or in stock. Any advice would be appreciated.

I recently put the Tamiya Scirocco GT24 on mine. I know it's not a "rally" model, but it looks good, IMO...except for the decals, which I rushed through a bit.

Pretty much any touring car body with a ~257mm wheelbase will fit. A lot are backordered or out of stock right now, but I've found a few that would look and work well.

Thanks guys. And that is the problem I'm having. Not much in stock and for the places that have something they don't provide spec on wheelbase.

I will look into the gt24 and celica.

XV-01 has a standard touring/rally wheelbase so most Tamiya, HPI, and other 190mm (width) and 257mm (wheelbase as already mentioned) bodies will fit. What other spec do you need to know? That's pretty much it. Don't know why you're struggling about it.

The specs on the xv-01 i know. What i was struggling with is when you search for bodies that meet those specs i was finding many of the name brand options as out of stock or a lot higher price than I was willing to spend. When I was looking at other no-name options they don't provide width/wheelbase info. Some say touring car but they ended up being for 1/16 or 1/18 scale cars.

In the end I'm trying to avoid spending $60+ for a body I will end up banging up. I miss the local hobby shop that had piles of cheap ($30) bodies i could choose from.

I might have discovered a few reasonably priced options on amain. Need to see pics of them painted to see if the styles work. Havent heard of bittydesign before but it has been a few years since I was in the market for a rally body.
