Whoops! I think I made a mistake.

I planned my flight into Madrid and then back out of Rome after a nice 12 day stay. I didnt know there was a very large fee for returning a rental car to a different country. The rental car is $133 for the 12 days and a $1200 FEE! LOL.

I can change my tickets to arrive and leave the same airport but the cost of the flight is also about $1200.

Any of you Europeans know of any way to get out of that $1200 fee? Anybody want to drive a rental car from Rome to Madrid and make some money. LOL

the best idea is to take with you to rome one of the Spanish pilot
he could go back home with your car
but they are hard to reach

that will cost around 400€ just for gaz and highway toll on 2000km
+ the train to go back home for the pilot
+ renting car the traveling day necessary

an other idea is an italian wanted to go to spain... maybe hard to find

Departure time is getting closer! Only a month left guys! Here is the design of the t-shirt we are offering. I think it turned out pretty nice.

Registration is still open for new drivers and if you want shirt, you will have to order it as well before 16.9.!

74 drivers total and counting. Pretty stoked about the turnout.
