Default Hellstrom Bully Build MAJOR UPDATES Page 5!

Specs:
JPcustoms Hellstrom Chassis
RC4WD Bully axles
Rc4WD Python Beadlocks
Panther Cougar tires
Castle Creations sidewinder
Futaba s9156 servo
Radio shack dig switches and SACCO tray with Hitec HS-82
Yeah Racing 90mm shocks
Kamikaze rear links, SACCO front "low clearance" links
Jconcepts Stage Killah body painted Fiery Orange
Novak forty five motors
I dont have her wired up yet, prolly gonna wait til saturday for that. Seems to flex similar to my berg, just a little less. I am trying a couple new link locations and will play around with it til I like it.
She's got 3-1/4" belly clearance and is sitting at 12-7/16 long.

Thanks to Jared at JPCustomrcs.com and TCScrawlers.com for getting me the parts so quickly. I just decided to build this Saturday and ordered most of the stuff Sunday. Got a comp this Sunday and I may run it instead of my berg..........

I got about 10 minutes run time before the skeeters and dark shut me down. I bound up the axles pretty good. No problems at all.

Seems to sidehill a lil better than the berg. I am definitely missing the power of the 40t warrior rt motors. It could be the smaller esc in this truck(MM vs. Sidewinder), but I doubt it. More testing tomorrow...

You will love the Hellstrom chassis' adjustability. You WILL be able to find a setup you like with it.

Berg has a 9/12 win ratio. I better hang on to it for a little while.

Got my tires muddy right off the bat today so testing went poorly. Berg had dry tires and was walking where this rig was slipping. I know the mud was a BIG factor though.

I raised the belly up to 3-3/8" and am now runnin losi whites and yellows with 90wt oil. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

And to answer Jay, yep, the bully axles are heavy as hell. Very light wheels are being ran at the moment

Took 3rd in the comp. Not too bad. I wish the motors would of had a lil more "pop." Gonna put in my JPcustoms 40t handwounds and see what she feels like.

Lost by 4 pts. On my way to the losing roll over where the motors didnt have the pop to get me flipped back over:
