| Bully motor Thread
Ok Guys lets get some of the Bully tech going. What motors are you running? perhaps we can keep it in this format: Brand: Integy Turn: 35 Front and Rear Pinion front:12 Pinion Rear:12 Battery:3S 1350 Mah Comments: The motors have more jam then most would need. Or that most would think they need. This thing will keep up with the locals trail trucks. I can jump it and pull wheelies in both reverse and forward. The Crawling ability is definatly great with this motor combo i have the EXP on the DX3R set to lower the throttle curve near the deadband so i have more crawling control Clod stall is a little on the high side for me. I chalk that up to the fact that the front motor has less then 2" of wire between it and the Punk dig. The rear has about 8" of wire. Wire is 12 gauge. Batt time on the 1300Mah isn't great i get about 15-20 min per bat. All in all i'm very pleased. here is a vid from my living room. No Steering servo! I know there is a thread with a few comments on this but lets leave this motor and pinion tech ONLY. Last edited by Kraqa; 03-31-2010 at 11:50 PM. |

my current Favorite motor is the Banzai motors..they are fully dipped in epoxy and they seem to last a lot longer then other hand-wounds I have tried. Banzai 35T 11T/Front 10T/Rear I run them on 3s lipos and 4s lipos this will be my next combo.. Banzai 45T 11T/Front 10T/Rear (on 4s lipos) |

Novak 55t 12t/13t 12t rear 3S Lipo, 1050mAh, 30C This combo gives enough wheelspeed while maintaining lots of torque. The bigger pinion up front helps a lot against clod stall in the rear, in some situations too much as the front now stalls quite easily. I'm not quite sure which setup I like better. |
