Thanks! I used one of these with a flap disc on it. I don't have the patience to use a belt sander or a dremel. They seem to work really well. They are the same width as Rovers now and i just run f400's narrowed 1/4". http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/objec...9500/59498.JPG |

I went with a Comp Crawler body. Can't wait for it to get here. It was painted by Balistreri Customs. |

The rig was looking great for the Shamrock Showdown. I did good at my first major comp considering i broke my servo mount and had to zip-tie it to the axle. I pulled off a 5th and got an invite to the AWCC I got super lucky, about 5 min after my last course i was driving on the rocks and broke the pin in the rear locker. |

Thanks. Ya, i think i was the best placed Bully. And i got 1st today! Do you notice a lot of slop in your front locker? I am noticing it more now with the clocked front. I am also noticing that when i turn sharp and dig slowly, if i am trying to be really precise close to a gate, that one tire will turn before the other enough to pull the truck off line. It is not drastic but enough to piss me off. I have tried a couple different lockers i have and a extra set of XVD's and they are all the same. If i can't get this figured out i think i will be going to XR axles. |

I switched to an XR10 a while ago and have had no problems with it. But recently i got my Bully back. I have been messing with it, i forgot how great it works. It is a shame RC4WD hasn't made a new version of the axle. It has such potential but right now it is a builders axle because you have to do so much to them to get a competitive axle. My link geo is modified to be as close to a Berg as possible, the knuckles are ground out so much that the steering is close to 300's, all the excess is ground and cut off the cases and axles, they are clocked w/ ripper777 style steering, and i am at 5.75lb w/ sedonas. I would be at 5.5lbs with rovers. With one of my old XR bodies. |

Amesome rig, I'm glad you bumped this up I don't think I ever did take a look into this build. I totally agree with the Bullys being a "builders axle", I almost want another set I had so much fun with modding mine and besides I have a Hellstrom chassis just sitting around now.

Thanks. I am happy i have it back. It has a punk dig in it now which is hard to get used to since i have been running twin sticks for over a year now.

Thanks Not bad for a rig i just got back. It is on a DX3 w/ toggle mod and i have only driven sticks for the last year. It is taking a little getting used to. I am thinking about getting my chassis cut out of 0.063" cardon, getting another FXR and ditching the punk. I would be under 5 lbs i think. What is the lightest people are running Bullys? |
