Default Gardarsson's Next Step

Hi,
my name is Andy and i am new here in these Forum. I am 36 Years old and come from Germany / Bavaria.

I give my best in writing and hope that you all can understand me, because my English not so good.

After i see a lot of Videos in YouTube about RockCrawler i was loved in there movements. Its looks like a Spider.

Last year i meet ZZR Racer 1100, Norschleifenkaiser, Snatch and Chris7185 on Wertachcrawl. Nordschleifenkaiser allowed me to drive his 2.2pro Crawler in all Courses on these day.

My Heart beat since this time for these cars and now i would like to buy and assemble all parts what i need together.

Until the Crawler ist ready for the first stones can elapse a view month, because my 7 month old son needs many time, but its make me happy

Here are the parts, which i will shore:

- Bully 2 Axles (i love metal)
- SuDu Pro Chassis (the long, round Cap i like very well )
- SuDu Pro Clear Panels
- Bully2 Battery Mount
- Bully2 Electronics Tray
- Bully2 Servo Mount
- Dlux Titan Bully2 Links
- Dlux TI link sliders
- CK 2.2" Carbon FG wheels V1 in 20mm
- VP SLW Hex Hubs
- Axial SCX10 or ProjektDrei Shocks
- Losi Mini-T springs
- Ottsix Voodoo Pin 2.2" or Bully 2.2 Competition Tires

Now should the Crawler stands on his own legs

Here the electronic parts which fly around in my head:

- Servo Hitec HS-8385TH 29/35kg
- 2x CC Side Winder Micro ESC
- CC BEC 10A
- Holmes Hobbies TorqueMaster Expert 35T

and at last an Sanwa MT4 that i can drive my car

I hope that i can drive over the first stones in 2015 yet.

So long, Andy

Habedere Andy

Good partlist, wish you much fun by building this crawler! And don´t make yourself pressure of time because crawling with an rc-car is the most unimportant thing in the world, crawling by your little son should have the highest priority

When the orderd parts are delivered I can stand the "Next Step" on his own Axles. Which Tires I assemble? I try at first the stock Voodoos from my Shafty and than I consider to buy these tires again or I should testing the RC4WD Bully Comp Tires.

I will hope that these little things help me on different or tricky points.
It's nice to here that the sliders have a long lifetime.

In the meanwhile I wait and hope that the postman rings every Day this and next week. Than I should have all parts together to complete my Bully.

Today I have a litte bit time and I assembled the SuDu Pro Chassis with the Shocks and Axles.

The Links gets the Ti-Slider, which gives them a very pretty touch.

At the Chassis I changed all Inbusscrews into Torxscrews. I like this screws and they have a longer life as Inbus I mean.

At afternoon the Postman rings and gives me the first two parcels this week. Its was the new Servo and Hex Hubs. I switched from Hitec 8385TH to Hitec 7980TH. Because this was to large I get an info from Braune that Futaba have faster and better Servos as Hitec.
After I read Samus Thread I decided vor an Futaba BLS157HV too.

I go fast downstairs and put the Servo to his new destination point.

The VP Hex Hubs comes in the Variation 225 and 350er. Tomorrow are my seven weeks, free from job, over. I can change there from Zoll thread into metric M3 thread

Here a lot of pics about the stand of my Bully2.
