I have the bearing. I'm waiting on the gears. The gears should be here Thursday.

If all else fails I can run the original rear axle in the front.

I have NOT been nice to the front axle at all. The XR10 would front gears would have been popping by now. These axles are very strong.

I do miss the XR steering!

I just got some new side plates. I broke the other one. Jake now makes stronger side plates. I also received 4 new shock mounts.

The old one verse the new design.

Shock rebuild time.

I got some new Pistons from Krazed Builds.
SCX Machined Piston Tuner Sets | Krazed Builds

And some new springs and spring seat from RcBros
Shocks

Well i drilled a hole in the caps so I can install blatters. This is how I install the o'rings. I like to put the rings on the shaft first then slide them into the body. I do that so hopefully don't damage the o'rings.
The shock leak less if I put the 2 o'rings then the spacer. Axial says to put the spacer between the 2 o'rings.

I had the same issue with stiffeners moving

Here is another optional fix get some Duratrax 3mm serrated flange nuts PN# DTXQ 0413 .

Makes life a lot easier plus more surface area to hold the CF chassis braces no more movement now
