Is the comp rule still 12.5" wheelbase? I cant seem to find any rule updates past 2015 in the rules section.

Make sure you set it up to 12.5" with shocks fully compressed since thats when its the longest.

The rules do not mention fully compressed shocks in the measurement. From what I understand it is measured from ride height. The wheelbase on a standard vehicle is always measured at ride height. I dont think the status quo would change for a scaled down crawler.

I'm pretty sure that at a comp the wheel base will be checked through the whole cycle of compression.

From USRCCA rules set

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...it?usp=sharing

Wheelbase: is measured from center of axle nut to center of axle nut. The vehicle should be set down on a flat
surface by the driver. The front wheel on the side that is being checked, must be pointing straight forward. At
that time, the driver will then cycle the suspension through it's complete extension and compression range
while the judge measures the vehicle's maximum wheelbase. At any point the vehicle's wheelbase cannot
extend beyond the maximum limit of it’s class. All the above procedures must be duplicated on the opposite
side. Note: All vehicles will be teched in the same ready to run condition, and set up as the vehicle will be run
on the course. If the vehicle's wheelbase is affected by radio control it must be cycled or activated during tech
inspection.

2660 + cap mod. Pink mini T springs f/r. Dlux no pre load spring cups or rcbros sells regular spring cups meant for mini T springs.

If you do the cap mod, put the bent rod end up front (ones on stock shocks) and rear use tra2742x.
