man this sucks im just trying to buy the holmeshobbies br mini dual esc but nobody has any in stock.

is there anything wrong or limiting with just wiring in a couple Axial AE5s for the time being?

Try Dlux or Dravtech they both sell them and may have some.

The AE5 would work if you can make them fit till you find some BR's

I got it going with two AE5s and a flysky it4s radio. I was never looking to compete with it, not that there are any events like that here anyway, so I'm content with my ghetto set up.

Now I can very precisely creep forward, as well as have full control over motor speeds relative to eachother.
