The electronics package you bought was money well spent. imo.
Watching you open the package from Holmes Hobbies and seeing a few extra gear sets for the servo makes me nervous if the servo gears will hold up.

As for my sisters Bully the servo has hold without issues for two years, So it should be ok.

You unmasked me, i have watched the video in 30 seconds
Perhaps a good and cheap alternative Servo is a JX Coreless ( JX CLS-HV7346MG High Voltage Coreless Metal Gear Servo 46.9kg)
Some people in Germany drive this thing realy hard without problems, should be worth itīs price (about 45€)
Hope to meet you this year not only at EC,perhaps somewhere in Bavaria or in the alps would be great We had plans this autumn to do a "small" EC in the alps (Grimsel) with drivers from Germany,Switzerland,France and Italy but it was too late (bad weather)

That servo is a good tip for my list. I will do the list once the rig is completed. I'd love to drive again on the Alps.

I, like every other person with these stock shocks lying around, am curious how you are going to work around the "sticking" of the shock after it sits.

I'm also interested how well I can make them work.

The live feed ended short after my phone died. But the rig is now one piece machine and ready for the electronics to be plugged in. For the next episode there will be updates on camera angle and sound. Sorry for the unprofessional recording friends.

Yeah, those shocks... I ended up removing one of the o-rings in the shocks, the "sticking" was gone. Apparently the o-rings trap air between themselves, or something to that effect. Of course, I think they will leak oil like a sieve now but I plan on running them dry anyway. Just to see. I also put an internal limiter in the shocks and put longer ball ends on to make up some of the lost length. I also put the softest springs on the front but they might be too soft, not sure on that one yet. The springs that come in the shocks from the factory seem a little too springy so I might try cutting them down to shorten them.
