Name of semi-circle non-rotational Wheel Weights?

A while back I saw a semi-circle that always faced downwards from the axel, providing weight down low below the axel. What is this type of weight called and where can we buy some?

Why do you need special wheels and foams to work with loaded dice hangers? Don't they sit within the wheel? Not sure why new foams are required for those.

I've never use them but just from the pictures its clearly much larger hence the special requirements

Heres my Bully 2 with stock (2.2") wheels. You can see these just barely clear the normal Dlux Knuckles





Then compare to this picture, notice how much more space these take up compared to just the Dlux knuckle itself, these occupy the space past the bead of the tire.

The loaded dice weights end up in the space your stock wheel inner ring/barrel is

Theres no mention of foams that I see.

on the rc4wd site they are called bully 2 knuckle weights. they show 2 on each side creating a full circle, might be able to just mount the lower since each half mounts seperately.
