| My dream crawler
Mine isn't anything fancy at this point, but she's my first moa and it's been a long time coming. H.H. servo is installed and the receiver is on my shelf, but the rest of the electronics are still on their way (13t Crawlmasters, Br Mini Dual). I don't have much planned for this beyond a shock upgrade at this point. Don't think I'll compete with anyone but myself. I just wanted to be one of the cool kids with a thread for my rig. Looks like good progress so far! I love my HH shv500v3 in the bully, nice and fast, and plenty of power. Cheers, Gable |

Dravtech medium shocks installed, electronics functioning. First run on the "rocks". Huge piles of broken concrete behind the shop. There are some VERY technical lines in there. Well above my ability at this point. But it was fun! Still trying to get the dig functions working, and wiring clean up is coming (as soon as I get more comfortable with soldering). Making some body panels, too. |

Cool! Looking good. I love my Bully. Don't drive it enough though.

If you weren't watching this trainwreck, I was finally able to figure out the dig set up for my radio. I'm only just scraping the surface on when to use it, but it's a powerful tool in the crawler arsenal. There's been snow in Colorado this week, so I've STILL not been out on the rocks, but the weekend looks good! |

Skins look great! I ended up removing the screws at the rear lower mount for the top skin, and using some 3M extreme mounting tape to mount the top panel at the rear. There is so little material around the holes for the screws, that the lexan wants to crack and break there. I also started re-wiring mine this weekend to cleanup and optimize. There is not much room to work certainly, but with a bit of patience you can get it done. Looks like you did pretty well with it, from the pictures. haha.. I just realized that may be a cut down Monster can!! Cheers, Gable |
