Bully 2 binding issues.

Hello I recently acquired a bully 2. I have installed fresh AA batteries and now following instructions to bind transmitter and receiver.. it states to turn on receiver and press bind on receiver then turn on transmitter. All I get is a beeping noise from transmitter and it shows 6.4V flashing. I have installed 2 fresh sets of batteries still the beeping continues.. any help appreciated.

I upgraded radios. The stock one wasn’t all that great
