Default Rockedup Ricky's RC4WD Trailfinder 2 ( now with K44 axles )

Off the bat, the packaging was awesome.
The instructions were easy to read, mostly picture's.
Braceysdad could build this truck.

I love this new tranny and tranfer case. Having a 2 speed will make double the fun.

I'm going to build this bone stock and drive the crap out of it, then I'll do some mods to it.
Here'e a pic of it together without the wheels.

Lucky monkey bastard... What motor/esc you goin with?

If that tranny/tcase proves to be durable, it'll be a viable replacement for the morbidly obese summit tranny.

I got a Tekin fxr esc coming and I have a 27 turn motor I'm going to try 1st and then go from there.

The gears in the tranny and transfer looked beefy to me.

The tranny has a Internal ratios:
1st 3.47:1
2nd 1.27:1
I hoping the 27 turn still has enough torque in low gear. I think it will.

Have you ran your 35t yet and how does it do.

The one thing I liked was how well it fit together, thats a machined chassis, it has a notch for everything.

Then there's these notches that don't have parts for, makes me think RC4WD has something coming out later for this chassis, The notches are on both sides.

I saw somewhere a mention of a 4 link kit coming. Maybe link mounts?

The more pics I see of this thing the more I like it. Please keep us updated on how it performs and durability-wise.

4 link is my bet.

If there is a pic of anything you want to see, just let me know.

Here's what I got so far on the paint. I couldn't find the shade of pink I wanted so I went with this. I still got to sand it down and I'm going to put a flat clear coat on it.
