I got some more progress on this! I got the electronics in temporary locations. I can't completely finish their location until I finish the water tight boxes ... which needs to wait for the body mounting ... which is waiting on me to finish the paint/clear. I'm actually torn between wet sanding it and going for a smooth finish or leaving the orange peel finish because I kind of like that it will hide scratches better. I did get to test drive it and the 2 speed tranny ... that's AWESOME! Top gear feels like normal for me and the low range is killer control. I think anyone that gets one of these will really enjoy it. On to the pics... Testing Electronics locations... I got bored waiting for paint to dry... Sorry Tommy... I'm addicted! All the pics... Thumbnails I'm out of pocket again for a while after this so I'm going to go nuts waiting to finish the clear coat!!! Last edited by Locked Up; 11-02-2012 at 05:02 PM. |

Awesome! I like the idea of the 2 boxes under the bed for electronics LOL, I guess you finally opted to go with the fleet colors, looks good! |

Well I did not realize it was a match for the wheelbase, I might just have a spare body to use |
