I love your colour scheme mate. Looks even better when it gets dirty.

Well, we're all ready for tomorrow afternoon down at the beach... Did a bit of trimming, added the shackles, tires and bumper. Spooled the winch up with some dyneema and installed the 4mm wheel hexes. |

| Re: '83 Toyota 4x4 SR5 Scale Bumper | Scale bumper Hilux ARB | RCmodelex - specialized for RC rock crawling, trial and expeditions The bumper is from RCmodelex and it's made to fit the tamiya Hilux. I built a custom mount to run it on the TF2. Here are some better detailed pics of the mount on my last TF2. Last edited by tozrovr; 11-04-2012 at 05:23 AM. |

You could do something without the RCmodelex brackets. Just use some small angle steel or aluminium on each side and a few holes. Once you have it in hand it will seem much easier.

Went out today in Kittery Point...Josh broke out the leaf blower and cleared a big section of sectioned granite. Even with the HUGE Baja Claws there were some sections that would have loved 2.2's. had a few rolls and lots of trail-side pinstriping. I ended my day a bit early after my servo horn went on permanent vacation. |
