I love your colour scheme mate. Looks even better when it gets dirty.

Well, we're all ready for tomorrow afternoon down at the beach...

Did a bit of trimming, added the shackles, tires and bumper. Spooled the winch up with some dyneema and installed the 4mm wheel hexes.

Scale Bumper | Scale bumper Hilux ARB | RCmodelex - specialized for RC rock crawling, trial and expeditions

The bumper is from RCmodelex and it's made to fit the tamiya Hilux. I built a custom mount to run it on the TF2.

Here are some better detailed pics of the mount on my last TF2.

You could do something without the RCmodelex brackets. Just use some small angle steel or aluminium on each side and a few holes. Once you have it in hand it will seem much easier.

Went out today in Kittery Point...Josh broke out the leaf blower and cleared a big section of sectioned granite. Even with the HUGE Baja Claws there were some sections that would have loved 2.2's. had a few rolls and lots of trail-side pinstriping. I ended my day a bit early after my servo horn went on permanent vacation.
