The leaf springs are why it flexes so little, if you want more flex 3 link the front and 4 link the rear

Obviously don't know how new your TF2 is but the black leafs do become much more flexible with trail time.

You can speed the process up and fit red leafs giving more flex instantly.

I don't think fitting longer shocks will help as most of the travel is upward and the shocks are already long enough to cope with outward travel.

As mentioned 3 and 4 linking it will instantly give more travel inward and outward but you'll need to fit stronger shocks, say the rc4wd king shocks and maybe you could go up one size all round.

But bear in mind that if you increase the ride height by fitting longer shocks with links that you affect the wheelbase and it will look very odd with a shorter wheelbase.

3link and 4link. 90mm King Shocks up front and 110mm King Shocks in the rear.

TF2 - stock front leafs and shocks, 4-link rear with 110mm dual spring shocks.
