nothing planned suspension-wise. running red leafs with shortest leaf underneath. stock shocks. I do have 4mm homemade lift blocks. i've got plenty of flex and just enough clearance for the Iroks

I live in Fayette, work in Tuscaloosa. Its about a 45 min drive

1.9 MTZs and gmade sr02s. had a decent side shot but it magically deleted itself within the last 10 minutes. thinking about painting the inner wheel piece black to define the cut-outs in the outer piece

Swapped in an old losi 1/18 brushed esc for servo winch contol purposes. Having finer control instead of on/off, plus variable speed is nice

Also turned down the drag brake in the fxr

Works well. No binding in the driveshafts. Definitely clears obstacles better

been doing some mild switching and swapping, will edit post with some updated pics in a bit.

in the market for slightly shorter tire, currently running 4.18-4.19 (iroks-mtzs). looking into some right around 4", gives a happy medium from stock 3.74s and what i have now

So ive got some new rubber mounted up and i think ima like em. 1.9 dirt grabbers on gmade metal beadlocks (raw and rusty)

Also since i had to pull my CC-BEC out to be sent in, i pulled everything out and did some relocating. Ordered new power hd 1501 servo for steering duties and a gforce 2600mah 3s lipo (valuehobby)

So we're looking at tekin fxr mounted on the forward face of the power hd servo, my sr3100 rx on top of the servo, an older airtronics servo for shifting. Its mounted in the stock location even though i have raised and moved the plate forward. The lipo will be strapped down on the plate in the intended stock location, resting on a 1/4" foam pad. Once i get a BEC back, it will hang out on the driver's side of the plate.

Undecided on redoing bed mounts to put it back on, but i need weight in back. I swear it feels close to 75/25 front to rear. Need shorter shock bodies up front, shes bottomed out in these pics. Rear just needs more weight on it

Finally got replacement CC-BEC and went for a run. after driving this rig for nearly a year my kids scx10 just didnt do the trick. Also built up a wraith kit in my waiting.

New bed mounts were made, and finally got some drivetime in.

It looks great. I love the rusty wheel look and your ride height. I wish I could get mine down, but I guess my truck was meant to be a jacked up 4x4.

havent updated in a while because there hasnt been anything to update until now. ordered 3link+panhard kit and some coilovers, once thats here and see if my shock length guess was any good, ill order up the 4 link and more shocks.

moving on to the dark side of the force.

EDIT: 11/21/14 - 80mm Ballistic Fab dual spring shocks are here. Tracking # for 3link shows only that it was created monday morning (11/17/14). So either that package never made it to the PO or they didnt have in stock what they said they did (RC4WD)

3-link finally showed up. Ordered 4-link and 90mm Ballistic fab dual spring shocks. Got it all mounted up. Looking into ways of standing rear shocks up on the outside of the frame. 80mm front and 90mm rear give me a ride height i like.

Also had thoughts of dovetail or truggy cage, and now as im posting i see flatbed
