Moving onto plan b. There's no way in hell I'll be able to shorten this enough so a Proline Comanche will take its place. How long you think this output will last? |

Anybody have any tricks to gain up travel with a 3 link? The centering rod makes contact with the upper link mount and I can't see how I can fix that without bending things.

Bruiser shackles installed with some modifications but they were easy enough to not document the process. And here's some half assed pics of the centering link in question. |

Your links may not be in the right spot on the bracket, possibly on the frame as well. I had the same problem in the beginning and had to shift a few things around. This is how mine are and work great. Keep in mind, shocks get mounted on the front side of the axle now too |

The upper bracket on the cross link i have straddling the shock hoop. So screw in middle behind shock and other on the rear side on the shock hoop.

you have some of the front frame cut off and are using different shock hoops. I think that is making it difficult to get an accurate count. try moving the link to the other side as i have edited your picture to show. everything else may be ok. try that to start |

That's the way I received it including the link forward on the chassis mount. Gained one millimeter at best mounted the current way. I might be expecting too much from this setup. If I redesign a new axle truss/ upper link mount I'll gain more travel. |

Progress. Shocks mounted and suspension cycles smoothly. Looking forward to the leafs breaking in.

I wish this body wasn't on everything. It's nice but extremely played out.

Moose knuckle hood scoop extraction was successful. Wish I had a before picture. It went up almost half the height of the windshield.

I'm willing to bet that rear output will last long enough for you to put a Pro4 and 4s power to it. Remember to get it on camera or it didn't happen! ...The parts gremlin made me say it. |
