No, another member here did. I bought it from him and did the 3 link up front with Gelande hoops and put the Yota II axle in the rear if it's all still there. I can PM you the original build thread if you like.

Gelande hoops and 3 link setup is the same up front. Leafs still out back. I did have to drill another set of holes in the hoops to accommodate the new axle shock mounts. Only thing I am going to change up is the skid in the near future

I've had tons of donuts in my life but never a cruller. Ill have to hunt down some in my travels. Thanks but I cannot take credit for cab painting and 3-link/ rear spring setup, as I got the truck as a RTR setup. Just hacked together some stuff to make the flatbed and front axle steer awesome.

Helios RC 3D nylon skid printed by Shapeways. Took 4 days to print/process and I had a $10 off code so I sprang for $15 next day air. Came in white and I dyed it orange. It was meant for a front leaf spring setup but I am running a 3-link. Nothing a little notching with a dremel can't fix. Dremel work Last edited by Szczerba; 09-25-2015 at 08:38 PM. |

I look forward to hearing your reaction. I was so hooked after the first test run that I refused to give Nick the prototype back until I had the production version, lol.

| Re: Szczerba's Flatbed TF2 Should be a great upgrade piece. I messaged him on FB to let him know it wouldn't bolt onto a 3-link front setup but it wasn't hard to use a sanding drum and a dremel to make it fit. There was one other minor issue with hole placement that I let him know about as well. None of them would deter me from telling others to buy/use them. |
