Flat sections and toolbox are 0.060 styrene, then I glued the thin diamond plate on top.

Also, I still have the metal bed and roll bar. Posted it for sale twice and still have it. Didn't meet SORCCA Class 1 specs, I built a bed that did.
Is it still available?

Tis not. Ended up trading the pieces off.

How did you manage the wheel wells on the flatbed. I'm new to styring builds and am not sure I have the skills

See post 18. Just lightly heated some black styrene and bent. Drilled 1/8"
Holes and mounted to frame. Just had to keep trimming the height and width down to have the body site correctly. Not too tough.

Got it. Didn't realize the wheel wells were separate pieces. Thought it was all one single piece.

New 1.9 Pitbull A/Ts. Same SSD wheels.

The stock foams feel great. Like memory foam but not. Slow and squishy response.

Next to five year old MTZs.

I approve this message. I like the tire, but I've had difficulty finding the appropriate truck and wheel combo. These look good. Nice one sir.

Thanks for the approval, as I was wondering why my post didn't go through right away after I hit send.

Height and width of these seem right at home on the TF2 cab.

Everything He builds is sweet. Nice snow video! Those tires seem to work better in snow than they look like they would.

I dunno, i've had it almost 2 years, where you been? It is one of the best performing, small tire rigs that I have ever worked on and drove. I just works if I just like it creep and crawl. I can't wait to get some new Ottsix A/T tires on it in March and see how those work on it.

Default Szczerba's Flatbed TF2

Forgot I took these at the ORCRC comp.
ended up 2nd on the day in C1. Think I only had 2 reverses and lost on truck scale points. Need to add a few more things.

Where did the rims in the first picture come from? I have been searching for this for a while and all I can find is the beadlock type. Those are the original style late 70's ford wheels. I am trying to get that build going!!

I believe they are the 1.55 Gearheads.

Gear Head RC 1.55 Slot Mag Wheels (4)

GCM makes a 1.9.

GCM Webstore Canada International - 5-Slot Scale Beadlock 1.9 Rim

Can't take credit for the paint job or interior, bought it like that. Been debating a paint change but I am lazy for one and for another, I am unskilled at painting. So, it will probably stay.

1. I'm lazy

2. I remember right about the time when the judge asks me for scale points.

3. I have plans to add 6 more points to get to 60 in the near future.

And yup, scale points got me again. Had ol Josh beat by one reverse but he had me one scale points.

A few pictures from today at Lucia Falls, WA.
