Motor Rotation I'm getting ready to order a HH 35t motor for my tf2. I would like to know if i need a cw rotation motor,or ccw rotation motor? I know it doesn't really matter which rotation motor i get because i know that the end bell can be rotated 180 degrees to correct that, but i would like to get the right rotation instead of taking a chance on goofing a new motor up. I've searched all over the forums and only found one thread pertaining to my question, and i think it was said that the motor needs run in the forward direction(which is?). I apologize if i missed another thread,i'm just a little ocd i guess. Thanks in advance for having patience. |
Re: Motor Rotation Get a motor with 0* of timing and it doesn't matter which way it spins. "thumbsup" |
Re: Motor Rotation And don't be afraid, they're very simple devices. Get it at zero, figure out which way it spins, then rotate the endbell a few degrees into the oncoming spin and you're good. |
Re: Motor Rotation Thanks svt923 and EeePee. I really appreciate the help folks and so i'll just dig in. |
